The words to the sadhana scroll by on full screen so that viewers can use the KTD session as a guide for their own practice session. This one disk is a brief but excellent introduction to the Chenrezik Sadhana. For those desiring a more extensive discussion, four additional talks (over seven hours of video on two DVDs) are also available. In those talks, given two weeks earlier in Hartford, CT, Lama Kathy elaborates at length upon the practice and places it in the larger context of quiet sitting meditation and compassion meditation. The talks are titled Cultivating the Compassionate Heart: The Practice of Chenrezik.(Vajra Echoes) That DVD set does not have the KTD session for use as a practice guide, or the graphics, so that set and this single DVD are complementary to each other.
