Buy it. Now. March 5, 2010 Reviewer: Lesly from Dallas, TX United States   Beautifully written, as if anything less is possible from our cherished Tai Situpa.  It is exceptionally thorough and articulated in such a way that one brand new to the practice understands its beauty and benefit.  Whether you chant the Praises once in your life or daily, you should read this.  It's a gem.
