Mahamudra is the principle meditation of the Kagyu Lineage. This is a meditation of practitioners, not scholars or logicians. Briefly, it involves looking directly into the mind to understand the true nature of reality. Rinpoche gives Mahamudra Meditation instruction, including a 28 minute guided session. This DVD also includes question and answer sessions.

These teachings were given by Situ Rinpoche during the week of his 50th Birthday celebration. There is a second audio track on this DVD with a Mandarin translation.
