In these eleven talks the Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche presents teachings on the progressive stages of Buddhist practice all the way through the three yanas - Hinayana, Mahayana and Vajrayana. He emphasizes that all Buddhist practices, whether formal meditation or post-meditation, involve working with our mind. In this teaching, Rinpoche presents practices from each of the three yanas that allow us to work with our minds to transform our negative emotions and discover the pure nature of mind - the wisdom of enlightenment. Included is a discussion of the Creation and Completion stage practices as well as the Five Buddha Families and the Five Wisdoms. Some of the talks is based on portions of Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye's Treasury of Knowledge and also on a Vajrayana text by Jamgon Kongtrul, Creation and Completion .
