White Tara is also known as the Wish-fulfilling Wheel and Mother of All Buddhas. She is associated with the qualities of long life, healing, tranquility and compassion. White Tara has seven eyes, the additional ones being in the palms of her hands and on the soles of her feet, with a third eye on her forehead. This portrays her watchful eye on the world. Her right hand symbolizes the bestowal of blessings, and her left hand demonstrates protection.
