This is a wonderful book! Ajahn Sumedho is authentic. He is consistently wonderful thoughout the book. His remarkable sense of Buddhism and how to relate to it in today's life is transformative. He is creative with his insights and is a remarkable teacher. He is not about selling books or "special" teachings. I am grateful to him for writing the book.
