The seven Points of mind training is written by Geshe Chekawa. It is mainly about Bodhicitta. It is extremely helpful to mind training. This teaching was originally transmitted by oral in secret. Knowing the preciousness of this teaching, His Holiness openly taught on this teaching to benefit all beings and to avoid the loss of these teachings.
three Principle Aspects of the Path: Renunciation, Bodhicita and Emptiness are the essence of the Buddhas teachings. Anyone who wishes to attain enlightenment and practice progressively should learn all these.

This teaching collection is given by the H.H. Dalai Lama in Tibetan. the Chinese subtitle is translated according to Tibetan with reference of interpretation.
