Peter Skilling retired professor of the French School of Asian Studies (EFEO), is a Special Lecturer at Chulalongkom University, Bangkok; Honorary Professor at Shan State Buddhist University, Taunggyi, Burma; Adjunct Professor at Savitribal Phule Pune University, Pune, India; and Honorary Associate, Department of Indian Sub-Continental Studies, University of Sydney, Sydney, Australia. He is author of Questioning the Buddha (Wisdom Publications, 2021) and Buddha's Words for Tough Times (Wisdom Publications, 2024).
Santi Pakdeekham is Vice Secretary-General of the Royal Society of Thailand, Bangkok. He is author of numerous articles and books. His recent works include (with Nawarat Pakdeekham) History of Ayuthaya from Inscriptions: The Inscriptions of the Ayuthaya Period (Bangkok: The Historical Society, 2018).
